Frequently asked questions

Can I try Pro or Team before paying?+

Yes. Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

What happens when my trial ends?+

Your subscription renews automatically. Pro at $19/month, Team at $49/month. Cancel from the Settings page at any time.

Can I switch between plans?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays intact regardless.

What payment methods do you accept?+

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What counts as a source?+

A source is any website or RSS feed you add to ContentCrab. Each unique URL counts as one source.

What is ContentCrab branding?+

On the Starter plan, anything you generate includes a small 'Powered by ContentCrab' line at the bottom. Pro and Team plans remove this.

Is there an annual plan?+

Not yet. Annual pricing with a discount is on the roadmap.

What does 'multiple niches' mean on the Team plan?+

Most users focus on one industry (e.g. fintech or healthcare). The Team plan lets you run separate briefings for different sectors, each with its own sources and voice profile. Useful for agencies serving multiple clients.
